Ingredients
1 each hard-boiled egg, peeled & chopped
3 tbsp low-fat cotttage cheese
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 tbsp diet mayonaise
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and keep
chilled. 3. Serve mounded in lettuce leaves, with soda crackers or
breadstick.

The low calorie diet
