The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

2 lb boneless skinless chicken
1 breasts -- cut in 2-inch
1 cubes
1 pineapple -- cut in 2-inch
1 chunks
1 marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup orange marmalade
4 tbsp honey
16 skewers


Directions

Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to
coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Alternate chicken
and pineapple pieces on skewers. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or
to desired doneness.
