The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts, deboned
1 package frozen oriental vegetables
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp wine
1 tsp cornstarch
2 cup rice, cooked
2 tbsp oil


Directions

Marinate chicken in wine, soya sauce and cornstarch. Stir fry
vegetables in 1 tbsp. oil 8 to 10 min. Remove veg. Add other tbsp. of
oil and stir fry chicken for 5 to 7 min. Add vegetables and rice.
Makes 4 servings.

Weight loss systems


The Atkins’ Diet
Originating way back in the 1960s, the atkins diet has been one of the most popular weight loss systms over the last few years. Popular with many famous celebrities, it allows fat reduction whilst still eating many foods that are not normally available to dieters, for example pork and cheeses.
With this diet you eat protein and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. It is referred to as a low carb/high protein, nutrition and weightloss system.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.




The Zone Diet
The Zone diet is a nutrition system first invented by Barry Sears in a number of books, publications and an accompanying website. The Zone diet isn’t distinctly a weight loss diet, but many followers find that they actually manage to lose weight when following it.
The 'science' claimed for the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to gain control of the amount of insulin and glucogen (two hormones), then anti-inflammatory chemicals are released which, as a consequence puts the body in a balanced state which is a lot more wholesome than other diets, known as the 'zone'.
Sears believes that when your body is in this 'zone' it is working at its best and, as a consequence, does not convert energy to unsightly fat.
The main technique of the system is to control the precise ratio of carbs to proteins, and to make sure your diet has large amounts of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils.
