1/3 cup cottage cheese- either
1 regular or low fat
1/8 tsp vanilla or to taste
1 artificial sweetner to tast
1 cinnamon
Directions
TOAST RAISIN BREAD. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPOON ON TOAST
~ SPREADING EVENLY OVER TOAST.
PLACE UNDER BROILER OR IN TOASTER OVEN ON TOP BROWN ONLY UNTIL HOT AND
