Ingredients
1 can nonfat refried beans - (15 oz)
1 package low-fat cream cheese - (6 oz)
1 can green chilies - (4 oz)
1 can chopped tomatoes - (14 oz), drained
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan until the cheese melts. Serve
with low-fat tortilla chips.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: about 1/4 cup.
