The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plus
1 tbsp couscous
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup dark raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup nf yogurt


Directions

1. In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling. Stir in
couscous, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and
cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is
absorbed. Stir in yogurt and serve.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I cheat and add extra brown sugar for
taste.

Per serving:
180 calories, 0.4g fat (2% CFF)
50 mg sodium
