A low calorie weight loss regime Put simply, the low calorie diet depends on the fact that if you are going to reduce weight, then you have to eat less calories than you need. The calorie defined? A calorie is a unit of measurement for energy. The calorie is the the amount of energy required to raise one cubic centimeter of water by one degree centigrade. If something has higher calories, then it will gives you more energy when your body digests it. Foods low in calories include broccoli, green pepper, watermelon, lower fat hot-dogs, and bamboo shoots. |
