Ingredients
4 slice white bread, (not me!!) toasted and bu
2 tbsp orange marmaide
1 cup solid tuna in oil, not me even drained
1 black pepper
Directions
Toast and butter bread. Spread each slice with 1/2 tb or orange marmaide.
Top with 1/4 can tuna. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

Weight loss dietsThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet system started by Dr. arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should be eating "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston invented his dietary regime for people who have heart disease, based on his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss regimes. Approved foods include, lean beef, turkey bacon, fish and shellfish, fat-free cheeses, pecan halves, nonfat milk and some vegatables, like split peas, celery and snow peas. The Glycaemic Index Diet The glycaemic index diet is linked to the glycaemic index, a list of foods and a score illustrating the rapidity that the glucose and energy in the food gets transformed to sugar in the dieters bloodstream. The theory is that long-acting foods (ie those foods with a low Glycaemic index score), will keep you feeling full for longer and help you to reduce your consumption of food without being miserabl;e. It is also very useful for individuals with diabetes, as the low GI types of food are useful in controlling surges in blood glucose levels. The Zone Diet The Zone diet is a nutrition and weight loss system primarily devised by Barry Sears in a series of books, publications and an associated web site. The Zone diet isn’t exactly a fat reduction diet, however many 'zone dieters' discover that they really reduce weight by following the zone diet. The supposed science behind the Zone Diet is that if you manage to control the secretion of two important hormones, (insulin and glucogen), then anti-inflammatory chemicals are released which puts the body in a balanced state which is much more healthful than usual, which followers of the diet, refer to as '"he zone". Sears believes that if you get into this 'zone', your metabolism is working at its most efficient and, because of this, doesn't build up fat. The main process of the zone system is to monitor and control the exact ratio of carbs to proteins, and to dose yourself with high levels of Omega 3 fish oils. |
