The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp canola oil
1 tuna steak - (8 to 10 oz)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp wasabi powder
= (or white horseradish)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
4 slice Atkins bread, lightly toasted
1/2 cup watercress, rinsed, dried,
and stems removed
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin


Directions

Heat sesame and canola oils in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear
tuna 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and slice thinly on
the diagonal.

Mix mayonnaise, wasabi powder and soy sauce. Spread on bread slices.
Layer watercress, red onion, and tuna slices on two slices of bread. Top
with remaining bread slices.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
