The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1/3 cup evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp unfavoured gelatin
1 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice


Directions

Chill evaporated milk. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small
saucepan, then stir over low heat until dissolved. Add to milk and
beat until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Use
immediately, or beat again before serving. Makes 1/2 c. 1 serving =
2T, 29 cal.

Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are still nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter & olive oil.
