Ingredients
1/2 cup minute tapioca
4 cup skim milk
6 tbsp sugar twin
2 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 see note in description to make cho, colate tapioca.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Stir to blend. Let stand
5 minutes. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture
comes to a full boil. Pudding thickens as it cools. Remove from heat.
Cool 20 minutes. Stir, serve warm or chilled. For chocolate tapioca
add 3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa powder to list of ingredients. 1 serving
