Ingredients
12 oz small curd reduced-fat cottage chee
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 oz canned tiny shrimp, drained, well rinsed
2 tbsp diced onion
Salt, (optional), to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper, (optional), to taste
Directions
Combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Beat
until smooth.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly and serve with
assorted crackers.
This recipe yields 16 servings. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
