Ingredients
1 cup quaker oats, uncooked - (quick or o, ld-fashioned)
16 oz vanilla yogurt - nonfat or lowfat
8 oz crushed pineapple in juice - undrai, ned
2 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)
2 cup sliced strawberries - fresh or froz, en
Directions
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat
mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional
strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
