Ingredients
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp butter
1 lb large shrimp - (24 to 30 count), peeled, deveined
2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, minced onion, and ginger; mix
well and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the shrimp
for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the honey-mustard mixture to the shrimp, stirring
until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is heated through.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 4 to 5 shrimp.
Exchanges Per Serving: 2 Very Lean Meat, 1/2 Carbohydrate.

Even though there is precious little real proof available, allyl sulphides are also thought by nutritionalists to reduce problems with antiinflammatory effect, arteriosclerosis and diabetes. Foods containing allyl sulfides also have a low calorie count, so should be included in your weight loss regime. The Atkins’ Diet Originating way back in the 1960s, the atkins diet achieved most of its fame during the last decade. Popular with many famous celebrities, it allows fat reduction but still allows you to eat many foods that would not be part of a normal diet, such as bacon and hard cheese. With this diet you are supposed to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that must be avoided. Because of this, it is known as a low carbohydrate/high protein, weight loss program. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, amongst them, cereals and pasta made from white flour. With this diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter & olive oil.
