A low calorie weight loss regime
Put simply, the low calorie diet is based on the fact that if you are going to achieve weight loss, it is essential to consume less calories than your body requires. What is a calorie? The calorie is the unit used for measuring the amount of energy in food. The calorie is the the amount of energy required to raise one cubic centimeter of water by one degree centigrade. If a food has higher calories, then it will provide your body with more energy to use when eaten. Low calorie foods include celery, bell pepper, chayote, low fat ham, and eggs. |
