Ingredients

2 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup tomato puree
= (such as Pomi)
1/4 cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
1 tbsp Oven Fried Chicken Seasoning
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp hot sauce - (to 1/2), or to taste
1 tsp salt


Directions

Snip off and discard chicken wing tips; separate wings at joint. In a
large saucepot, bring tomato puree, syrup, chicken seasoning, garlic, hot
sauce and salt to a boil.

Add wings to pot, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 minutes
more until wings are cooked through and liquid reduces enough to form a
glaze.

Heat broiler; arrange wings on broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 minutes, until
crisp.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
