Ingredients

2 cup cooked rice
2 tsp diced green pepper
1/2 cup onion
2 tsp pimento bits
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup tomato uice
1 tsp worchestershire sauce


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until
heated through and bubbly. Fluff with fork before serving.

With this diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish and poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.

The Atkins’ Diet Theory
The theory of the atkins diet is that if we consume fewer carbohydrates, our bodies will utilize the fat we have stored and we will diet successfully
