Ingredients

2 cup cooked rice
2 tsp diced green pepper
1/2 cup onion
2 tsp pimento bits
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup tomato uice
1 tsp worchestershire sauce


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until
heated through and bubbly. Fluff with fork before serving.

Sears alleges that when your body is in this 'zone' it is working at its best and, as a result, does not need to build up stores of fat.
The most valuable technique of the diet is to keep tight control over the exact ratio of carbs to proteins, and to take large amounts of Omega 3 fish oils.
