Diet Spa-Sensational Tuna Recipe brought to you by Diet Recipes To-Go
Weight loss systemsThe Zone Diet The Zone diet is a diet primarily invented by Barry Sears in a number of books. The Zone diet is not exactly a fat reduction diet, although many followers claim that they really manage to lose a few pounds by following this system. The science behind the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to limit the secretion of two important hormones, (insulin and glucogen), then your body releases eicosanoids which, as a consequence puts one's body in a state of equilibrium that is a lot more wholesome than other diets, which followers of the diet, refer to as '"he zone". Sears believes that when in the 'zone', your body is working at its most efficient and, as a consequence, does not build up layers of fat. The main process of the zone system is to monitor and control the exact ratio of carbs to proteins, and to take plenty of Omega 3 fish oils. |
