Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp dark rum
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
1 pinch cloves
2 tsp cornstarch
= (or arrowroot powder)
4 tsp water
3 cup sliced peaches
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the lime juice, rum, honey, and water.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the
cloves.
Mix together the cornstarch or arrowroot powder and water. Add to the
sauce. Add in the peaches and cook for about 10 minutes. Chill and serve
in individual dishes.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes pickled shallots, chives and welsh onion) The onion family is high in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe may be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer. Even though there is not much scientific proof published, allyl sulphides are also thought by many researchers to reduce symptoms with blood circulation, sterilization and physical exhaustion. Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so should be included in your diet system.
