Weight loss systems

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan started by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which encourages that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston developed his weight loss system for his cardiac patients, based on his detailed study of scientific research completed on other weight loss systems.
Approved foods include, lean beef, turkey bacon, oysters, feta cheese, pistachio nuts, lowfat yoghurt and certain vegetables, like black beans, lettuce and snow peas.

"A good cook is the peculiar gift of the gods. He must be a perfect creature from the brain to the palate, from the palate to the finger's end.

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
