Sears holds the theory that when your body is in this 'zone' it is working at its best and, because of this, doesn't build up fat. The most valuable procedure of the system is to monitor and control the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to ensure your diet has large amounts of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils.
