Ingredients
2 Gala apples, chopped
= (or use red delicious)
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup green grapes
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine the apples, bananas, grapes, and raisins in a serving bowl. Whisk
together the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit. Refrigerate
for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

( includes garlic, onions and spring onions) The alliaceae family of vegetables is high in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
