Ingredients
1 package fat-free sugar-free
pistachio pudding mix - (4-serv siz
2 cup skim milk
1 cup low-calorie whipped cream
3 macaroons, crushed
1 tsp green cream de menthe
2 tbsp toasted pistachio nuts
Directions
Prepare the pudding mix according to package directions using skim milk.
Refrigerate to set.
When the pudding is set, mix the whipped cream with the macaroons and cream
de menthe. Layer the pudding and whipped cream mixture in parfait
glasses. Garnish each glass with nuts and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan invented by Dr. arthur agatston which emphasizes that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston invented his system for people who have cardiac problems, based on his detailed analysis of scientific research on other dietary studies.
