Ingredients

2/3 cup unpopped popcorn
1 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter


Directions

Pop pocorn in a hot-air popper. Melt margarine in a saucepan over
low heat. Add peanut butter stirring until melted. Drizzle peanut
butter over popcorn. Toss lightly to mix.
Yield - 16 each 1 cup servings.
Food Exchange: 1 fat.
Nutritional information per 1 cup serving: 40 Calories, 1 g
Protein, 2 g Carbohydrate, 3 g Fat, 33 mg Sodium, 25 mg Potassium, 0

The Atkins’ Diet
Originating way back in the 1960s, the famous atkins diet achieved most of its fame during the last decade. Although not accepted by all scientists, it claims to allow fat reduction whilst allowing many of the foods you love, such as fatty meat and butter.
With this diet you are encouraged to eat meat and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. Because of this, it is known as a low carbohydrate, high protein, diet system.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
Unlike other diets, on the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.

(inlcudes onion, cabbage, adzuki bean & chamomile)

The large family of compounds known as flavonoids which exist in these fruit and vegetables are thought to have properties in fighting cancer.
Medical experts who have been studying the effects of flavonoids believe they may also have many other healthy benefits, amongst them, antiviral and antioxidant powers.
A good number also help you lose weight, so should be a part of every diet.
