The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat dressing miracle whip free
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (1oz)
1 tsp italian seasoning
4 chicken breast halves boneless, ski, nless about


Directions

Stir dressing, parmesan cheese and seasoning. Place chicken on grill
or rack of broiler pan. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes, brush with
half of sauce during last 3 minutes; turn and continue grilling or
broiling 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Brush with remaining sauce
during last 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking
time: 20 minutes
