Ingredients
1/2 cup pearl tapioca
2 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange, peeled, sectioned
Directions
Combine the tapioca with 1/2 cup of the water and the sugar. Mix well,
then let stand for 2 hours.
Boil 2 cups of water and add the tapioca mixture. Cook until tapioca is
creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the orange sections and cook for 2
minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
