The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

6 slice white bread, day-old crust removed
2 tbsp margarine, reduced-calorie melted
1 sugar substitue to equal 3/4 cup, d, ivided
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 vegetable cooking spray
4 eggs
2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions

Brush bread lightly with melted margarine; sprinkle with 1 ts sugar
substitute and cinnamon. Quarter each bread slice. Layer with raisins in
a 1 1/2 -quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Set dish aside.
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and remaining 2 ts sugar substitute; pour over
bread and raisins in dish. Place dish in a pan containing 1 inch of hot
water. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife
inserted in center comes out clean out clean. Server warm, or cover and
refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH

Good foods include, canadian bacon, chicken breast, fish, feta cheese, almonds, eggs and certain vegetables, like kidney beans, cauliflower and turnips.

The alliaceae family of vegetables is rich in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Although there is not enough, definitive proof obtainable, allyl sulfides are also thought by many experts to reduce the symptoms of antiinflammatory effect, arteriosclerosis and fatigue.

Foods containing allyl sulfides also help you lose weight, so you should add them to your weight loss program.
