The Zone Diet

Sears holds the theory that a body that is in 'the zone' is working at its most efficient and, because of this, does not build up layers of fat.
The most important method of the diet is to keep tight control over the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to make sure your diet has high levels of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils.
