The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup applesauce


Directions

Corn meal or bread crumbs may be substituted for oatmeal. Preheat
oven to 350. Mix together well and bake 1 hour. Vary with chopped
tomato, green pepper, parsley, celery.
