The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup egg, white
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar, sugar substitubed may be
1 used
1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup vegetagble oil
4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Directions

Place eggs whites, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and oil in a mixer
bowl and mix at medium speed to blend well. Add oatmeal, baking soda
and chocolate chips tp creamy mixture anmd mix at medium speed to
blend. Drop dough by 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls (level no 40 dipper) onto
cookie sheet that have been sprayed with or lined with aluminum foil.
Press each cookie down lightly to 1/2 thick with back of a tablespoon
dipped in cold water. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, or until cookies
are lightly browned and firm. Remove them to a wire rack and cool a
room temperature.

Lycopene super foods
(includes guava, red peppers and rosehip)

The chemical lypcopene is a simple pigment and member of the same group of phytochemicals as carotene. Lycopene is responsible for the deep red colour of some types of food.

Unlike numerous nutrients, this useful phytochemical does not become less effective if heated during cooking, but is essentially improved by going through the cooking process.

. Its most interesting health contribution is that it behaves as an antioxidant and is believed to be of use in the fight to reduce the probabilty of contracting cancer.

The alliaceae family of vegetables is rich in allyl sulfides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Although there is as yet, not enough scientific proof at hand, allyl sulfides are also thought by nutritionalists to reduce symptoms with blood circulation, sterilization and insomnia.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are also low in calories, so make sure you add them to your diet.
