Ingredients
1 cup apples, chopped
1 cup bananas, sliced
8 oz pineapple chunks, unsweetened -drained
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup mayo, reduced calories
1 tbsp lemon juice
16 lettuce leaves, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat,
and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Yield : 16 - 1/4 cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1
Fruit.
