Ingredients
1 cup apples, chopped
1 cup bananas, sliced
8 oz pineapple chunks, unsweetened -drained
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup mayo, reduced calories
1 tbsp lemon juice
16 lettuce leaves, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat,
and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Yield : 16 - 1/4 cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1
Fruit.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system created by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which stresses that dieters should eat "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston developed the south beach diet for people who have heart disease, as a consequence of his detailed analysis of scientific research completed on other weight loss regimes.
