Ingredients
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic, clove
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 cup water
Directions
In skillet heat oil and butter. Add rice and cook until light brown. Add
onions and garlic and saute' until onion is tender. Add salt, pepper,
tomato sauce and water. Stir once or twice, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Do
not stir or uncover. Fluff with fork, let sit 5 minutes. EACH SERVING =
20.1 % CALORIES FROM FAT.
