Ingredients
1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken
1 breast
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar or cider
1 vinegar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a plastic bag with a tight
fitting seal. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken in bag. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for
1 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally to distribute marinade.
Preheat oven to 375. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Arrange
chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Bake, uncovered,
20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

The Atkins’ Diet First invented by doctor atkins in the 1960s, the atkins diet achieved most of its fame during the last few years. Although highly controversial, it supposedly allows fat reduction whilst allowing you to eat foods that are normally considered bad for diets, like meat and cheeses. On the atkins diet it is considered good to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that must be avoided. Because of this, it is known as a low carbohydrate/high protein, weight loss regime. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, amongst them, cereals and pasta made from white flour. With this diet the foods you are encouraged to eat continues to be nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish & poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and olive oil.
