egg substitute. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Chill

Place balls on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at

Diet information

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system started by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that dieters should eat "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston developed this diet for people who have heart disease, as a consequence of his analysis of scientific studies on other nutritional studies.
Good foods include, veal cutlets, chicken breast, prawns, parmesan cheese, peanuts, nonfat yoghurt and some vegatables, like split peas, cucumbers and turnips.

The Atkins’ Diet
Originating way back in the 1960s, the atkins diet has been one of the most popular weight loss systems over the last few years. Having many well known film stars amongst its supporters, it claims to allow weight loss whilst allowing you to eat many foods that are not normally available to dieters, such as meat and hard cheeses.
With the atkins diet it is considered good to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that must be avoided. It is often referred to as a low carb/high protein, diet.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
On the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are still nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a result, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a result, olive oil.

The Atkins’ Diet Theory
The 'science' behind the famous atkins diet is that even though our bodies use both fats and carbohydrates to change into carbohydrates, it is the carbs that are burned initially. If we reduce your consumption of carbohydrates, we will utilize the fat we have stored and we will become thinner. Although inviting, this theory is contentious, not all researchers agree and some think it is often risky.

The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi index nutrition system is linked to the gi (or glycaemic index), a chart showing foods and a score representing the rapidity with which the glucose and energy in the food gets changed to glucose in your blood stream. The claim is that long-acting types of food (ie those food types with a low Glycaemic score), keep you satisfied for a longer period of time and help you to reduce your intake of food without starving yourself.
It's also extremely effective for folk with diabetes, as the low GI food types are beneficial in minimizing increases in blood sugar secretion.

"A good cook is the peculiar gift of the gods. He must be a perfect creature from the brain to the palate, from the palate to the finger's end.

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
