Ingredients

2 mandarin orange spice tea bags
1 cup water
1 1/3 cup bisquick original baking mix
2 tbsp nonfat powdered milk
1/4 cup egg substitute


Directions

Place teabags in water and steep for 5 or 10 minutes. Beat all
ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Pour
onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove
carefully.

The Atkins’ Diet
First invented by doctor atkins in the 1960s, the popular atkins diet has been one of the most popular weight loss systems over the last few years. Although not accepted by all scientists, it supposedly allows fat reduction whilst allowing you to eat many foods that are not normally available to dieters, eg bacon and eggs.
Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet you are supposed to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that must be avoided. It is referred to as a low carbohydrate/high protein, nutrition and weight loss system.
With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour.
On the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a consequence, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a result, olive oil.




The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi index nutrition and weight loss system is reliant on the gi (or glycaemic index), a list showing types of food and a score representing the speed with which the glucose in the food gets transformed to glucose in your body. The claim is that slow release foods (ie those foods with a low Gi score), keep you feeling full longer and help you to reduce your intake of food without feeling you are missing out.
It is also extremely effective for diabetes sufferers, as the low GI food types are helpful in managing increases in blood glucose secretion.
