Comments: At colleges in Upstate New York, chicken wings were almost as
big a part of the college experience as getting a degree. Traditional
buffalo wings have so much fat, we don't care to even let you know! Here
you can significantly lower the fat content. Don't forget the blue cheese
dressing; it makes these buffalo wings authentic!

Altthough not always popular with children, these are rich in vitamins (folate and vitamin c), minerals (eg. selenium), fibre, chlorophyll, antioxidents, isothiocyanates, and indole-3-carbinol.

Over and above their numerous other beneficial effects, the isothiocyanates in these are believed by experts to help reduce the cancer risk.

Lycopene superfoods
(includes apricot, papaya and cochinchin gourd)

Lycopene is a non-synthetic compound used to color foods and member of the phytochemical group known as 'carotenids'. It is behind the vivid red hue of some fruits and vegetables.

Intrestingly, unlike most other nutritional compounds, it is not damaged during the cooking process, but is observably made more effective by being heated.

. Lycoprene's most interesting value is that it is an antioxidant and is believed to help to reduce the chances of developing cancer.

It is the most powerful remover of singlet oxygen, which is associated with aging of the skin. It is also thought by nutritionalists to impede the growth of diseases affecting arterial blood vessels.

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life.
