Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes garlic, leeks and spring onions)

The onion and garlic family is high in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe might be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Even though there is very little scientific evidence present, allyl sulphides are also thought by nutritionalists to help with blood circulation, sterilization and physical exhaustion.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so you should add them to your weight loss regime.

Low calorie diet

Rather obviously, the low calorie diet states that if you want to reduce weight, the important thing to consume less calories than your body requires.

The calorie defined?
The calorie is a unit for measuring food's ability to produce heat and energy. The 'calorie' is the the amount of energy required to raise one cubic centimeter of water by one degree centigrade. If a food type has higher calories, then it will will give you a larger amount of energy when your body converts it.

Low calorie foods include cauliflower, cabbage, water melon, beef, and eggs.

"A good cook is the peculiar gift of the gods. He must be a perfect creature from the brain to the palate, from the palate to the finger's end.

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
