Ingredients
2 can tomato sauce
1 cup peeled tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 cup mushrooms, drained
2 chicken breasts, very lean boneless fat an
1 garlic
1 basil
1 oregano
1 pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients (spices to taste) in large pot. Add chicken pieces
and simmer for one hour or until chicken is tender. Serve with cooked
pasta. Food Exchange per serving: 1 LEAN MEAT EXCHANGE + 1 VEGETABLES
