Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, washed, sliced
2 tsp sugar, (optional)
1/2 cup nonfat milk
4 oz artificially-sweetened lemon-flavor
low-fat yogurt
Directions
Using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and sugar
together. Slowly pour in the milk and yogurt and blend until frothy.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a sliced strawberry.
This recipe yields 1 serving.
