Ingredients

10 cup popped popcorn
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely choppd
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 butter flavor non-stick cooking sp, ray
Directions
Spread popcorn in jelly-roll pan. In small bowl, combine remaining
ingredients, except spray. Spray popcorn for 7-8 seconds with cooking
spray. Immediatley sprinkle with cheese-herb mixture. Toss to combine.
Store in tightly covered container.

The South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a weight loss system created by Miami, florida-area cardiologist arthur agatston which emphasizes that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston developed the south beach diet for people who have cardiac problems, as a result of his analysis of scientific data on other dietary studies. Good foods include, canadian bacon, skinless poultry, seafood, feta cheese, peanuts, eggs and some vegatables, such as green beans, lettuce and sprouts. |
