Ingredients
1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese, plus
2 tbsp Whipped Cottage Cheese, (see recipe)
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp finely-chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp crushed dried marjoram
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before
serving.
Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or cooked ham cubes on toothpicks.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
