Ingredients
4 fresh pineapple wedges, peeled
= (each abt 3" wide by 1 1/2" thick
1 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy)
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Marinate the pineapple in a mixture of the remaining ingredients for 1
hour.
Place wedges directly on the rack or in a basket and grill over medium heat
for about 10 minutes, turning until pineapple is hot and caramelized.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3-inch wedge.
