Ingredients

3 cup popped popcorn
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cumin


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to mix.
Yield: 3 cups - 1 serving.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system invented by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which stresses that one should consume "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston developed this diet for people who have heart disease, as a consequence of his detailed analysis of scientific research completed on other dietary studies.
Approved foods include, canadian bacon, turkey breast, prawns, parmesan cheese, pecan halves, eggs and some vegatables, like green beans, broccoli and snow peas.


The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi (or glycaemic index) diet system is based around the gi (or glycaemic index), a list of food types and a score illustrating the ease with which the carbohydrates of the food gets changed to glucose in the dieters blood stream. The believe is that long-acting food types (ie those foods with a low Gi score), keep you feeling full longer and mean that you can consume less food without feeling you are always hungry.
It's also extremely useful for diabetes sufferers, as the low GI food types are helpful in reducing increases in blood glucose secretion.


Brassicas, Superfoods that also help with your Weight loss
(examples: Kohlrabi, Celery, Mustard greens and Daikon)
Altthough not always popular with children, these vegetables are full of vitamins (eg.folate), minerals (selenium and potassium, amongst others), fibre, chlorophyll and antioxidents.

Over and above their most other health benefits, the isothiocyanates in these are thought by experts to help reduce the cancer risk in those prone to it..
