3 flavored herbal tea bags, peprermint, strawberry, l
1 sugar to taste
Directions
Place tea bags in water. Let steep overnight. Add ice. Sweeten to
taste.

Weight loss systemsThe Atkins’ Diet Now nearly 5 decades old, the atkins diet achieved most of its fame during the last few years. Although not accepted by all scientists, it claims to allow weight loss whilst still eating many foods that are not normally available to dieters, eg meat and hard cheeses. Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet you are supposed to eat fat and protein, it is the carbs that must be avoided. Because of this, it is known as a low carbohydrate, high protein, nutrition and weight loss system. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour. With the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods such as meat, fish and, as a consequence, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a consequence, olive oil. |
