Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp marjoram
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1/2 cup popcorn, popped
1 butter to taste
Directions
Combine the salt, thyme, basil, marjoram and dried onion and mix well. Use
one or two teaspoons per 1/2 cup corn, popped with butter.

Types of dietThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet system created by Dr. arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should be eating "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston invented his system for his cardiac patients, based on his analysis of scientific research completed on other dietary studies. Approved foods include, lean beef, turkey breast, seafood, cottage cheese, pistachio nuts, lowfat milk and certain vegetables, like kidney beans, collard greens and mushrooms. The Atkins’ Diet Developed by dr. robert atkins in the 1960s, the atkins diet is still widely used today. Although highly controversial, it supposedly allows fat reduction whilst still eating many of the foods you love, for example beef and egg and cheese. On the atkins diet you eat protein and fat, it is the carbs that are on the banned list. It is referred to as a low carb/high protein, nutrition system. With this diet, the foods you should avoid are processed and refined sugar, milk, white bread, starchy vegetables, white rice and white flour, including cereals and pasta made from white flour. Unlike other diets, with the atkins diet the foods you are encouraged to eat are nutrient-rich unprocessed foods like meat, fish and, as a consequence, poultry. You also can eat shellfish, regular full fat cheese, butter and, as a result, olive oil. |
