Sears holds the theory that a body that is in 'the zone' is working at its best and, as a consequence, does not need to build up stores of fat. The most important procedure of the zone system is to control the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to dose yourself with plenty of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils. |
