Ingredients
1 1/2 lb salmon filets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
2 tsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp minced dill
1 tbsp minced scallions
Directions
In a large bowl, marinate the salmon in the oil, lemon juice, and parsley
for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches from he heat
source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium
Grill the salmon for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Combine all
ingredients for the sauce and serve it with the grilled salmon.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces with 2 1/2
tablespoons sauce.
