Diet Grilled Chicken With Herbs Recipe brought to you by Diet Recipes To-Go
Diet informationThe South Beach Diet The South Beach diet is a diet plan started by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that dieters should be eating "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Dr. agatston invented his weight loss regime for his cardiac patients, as a result of his analysis of scientific data completed on other nutritional studies. Examples of good foods include, veal cutlets, skinless poultry, shrimp, cottage cheese, pistachio nuts, nonfat milk and some vegatables, such as black beans, broccoli and turnips. The Glycaemic Index Diet The glycaemic index nutrition system is linked to the glycaemic index, a list of food types and a score representing the rapidity with which the carbohydrates in the food type gets converted to glucose in your system. The theory is that slow release foods (ie those with a low Gi number), suppress your appetite for longer and help you to eat less food without feeling you are missing out. It is also especially beneficial for diabetes sufferers, as the low GI food types are helpful in preventing increases in blood sugar amount. |
