1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread
1 crumbs
1 small carrot, peeled and grated
1 green onion, minced
2 tsp seeded, minced jalapeno
1 peppers
1/2 tsp salt
4 kaiser rolls

Directions

PREHEAT OUTDOOR GRILL FOR COOKING OR PREHEAT BROILER. PREPARE SALSA; SET
ASIDE. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE GRND. CHICKEN, BREAD CRUMBS, CARROT, GREEN
ONION, MINCED JALAPENOS AND SALT. SHAPE MIXTURE INTO FOUR PATTIES. PLACE
PATTIES ON COOKING SURFACE OVER HOT COALS OR ON BROILER PAN. GRILL OR BROIL
5 TO 6 MIN. EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN AND COOKED THRU. TOAST BUNS, SPLIT
SIDE DOWN, DURING LAST 5 MIN. OF COOKING TIME. SERVE BURGERS ON TOASTED
BUNS WITH LETTUCE AND SALSA.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet plan created by Florida-based cardiologist arthur agatston which emphasizes that dieters should be eating "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented his weight loss regime as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his analysis of scientific research completed on other weight loss studies.
Good foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey bacon, fish, feta cheese, pistachio nuts, lowfat yoghurt and certain vegetables, like black beans, cucumbers and sprouts.


The Zone Diet
The Zone diet is a nutrition and weightloss system initially detailed by Barry Sears in a series of books, publications and an associated web site. The Zone diet is not exactly a weight loss diet, although many people find that they actually manage to lose a few pounds by following the zone diet.
The science behind the Zone Diet is that if you can gain control of the levels of insulin and glucogen (both hormones), then your body releases eicosanoids (anti-inflamatory chemicals) which, as a result puts your body in a balanced state which is much, much more healthy than usual, this is referred to as 'the zone'.
Sears states that when your body is in this 'zone' it is working at its best and, as a result, does not build up fat.
The most important process of the zone diet is to control the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to dose yourself with increased amounts of Omega 6 and omega 3 fish oils.
