Ingredients
2 tbsp caraway seed
1 1/4 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour, divided
4 cup water, divided
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp salt, maybe
1 egg
Directions
Cut a small square of cheesecloth and tie the caraway seed in it
securely, or sew the bag closed to be srue that caraway seeds do not
fall into the soup. Set aside. In a 2-quart pot melt margarine and
stir in 1 tb of flour. Cook until light brown. Then gradually stir in
1 c of water and the paprika, stirring constantly so that misture
doesn't lump. Add the remaining 3 cups of water. Add the caraway
seed, the parsley and t teaspoon of the salt. Cover and simmer for
15 or 20 minutes. In a small bowl stir together the remaining
tablespoon of flour, the remaining salt, and the egg. Drop by
teaspoonfuls, and the egg. Drop by teaspoons into the soup. Cook 10
minutes longer. Discard bag of caraway seeds and serve.
Serves 4; 65 calories per serving.

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet system started by Cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats" Agatston developed his dietary regime for his cardiac patients, based on his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss studies. Approved foods include, lean cuts of beef, turkey breast, oysters, cottage cheese, almonds, lowfat or nonfat milk and some vegatables, such as green beans, eggplant and sprouts. The Zone Diet The Zone diet is a diet first invented by Barry Sears in a number of books. The Zone diet isn’t exactly a fat reduction diet, but many people find that they manage to lose body weight when following it. The theory behind the Zone Diet is that if you manage to limit the amount of insulin and glucogen (two hormones), then your body releases eicosanoids (anti-inflamatory chemicals) which, as a consequence puts the body in a state of equilibrium which is an awful lot more healthful than other diets, which is known as the zone. Sears claims that when in the 'zone', your body is perfectly balanced and, because of this, doesn't build up fat. The most important procedure of the system is to maintain the precise ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, and to ensure you get high levels of Omega 3 fish oils.
